In 2005, along with the beginning of my film production I started making visual scores to conceive and visualize the films before, during and after its actual shooting. More than a completed fixed storyboard that provides a visual layout of events as they are to be seen through the camera lens, these compositions are permutable sketches that I modify as the idea for the film grows, not always being necessarily a mirror image of what the film ends up being. In this particular case, a drawing of a starry night sky is turned into a visual script as it is divided into 48 equal sections meant to be sequences of a film strip. Sketch For A Film #2 is thus a drawing turned into a future possible film, that has not been yet made.
