Sojourn is a register of the attempt to depict the moon phases during April 2017, while the artist was residing at the island of Sâo Miguel, in the Açores arquipelago. As a sort of reminder of her stay at that place and that time, Sojourn appears also as a failed attempt, due to the impossibility to observe the moon behind the clouds that almost permanently covered the island.
